Our fall as a semblance of a free nation is certainly inevitable when our once sacred 1st amendment rights are so easily trumped by assumed impact on corporate profits. Did he defame or Libel anyone? Of course not. Everyone would be incensed for this young man and his freedom of speech. But threaten a corporate buck... Do you still believe this is true considering that the NLRB is siding with employees terminated for posting negative comments about their employers on Facebook? In one complaint, the NLRB counsel even argued that Facebook posting is &quot;protected concerted activity&quot;.
